Dan joined Brambles in 2001 and moved into his role as Senior Vice President Sales & Customer Operations for CHEP USA in June 2013. Prior to that, he served as a General Manager and Sales Leader of IFCO, another Brambles company. As Senior Vice President, Dan’s focus is on growth and customer experience. His teams deliver new products, services and solutions to help customers find value in the supply chain. Passionate about customer service excellence, Dan launched the “voice of the customer” journey at CHEP that delivers improved Net Promoter Scores each year. His teams have been honored by industry groups and customers for service and supply chain innovations.

Dan began his career at Ryder Systems, where he held roles in Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service and General Management. He also worked at Avis/Budget Group. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maine.
