Job Title: Senior Vice President Customer Experience
Jon joined Vistaprint in July 2003 and has played a crucial role in the company’s success through his leadership of various teams spanning technology, marketing, product, site, service and analytics.
Jon is responsible for the Customer Experience team at Vistaprint. That team is comprised of Customer and Competitive insights, Site and Design Experience, as well as Vistaprint’s global customer service strategy and operations. In addition, Jon also leads Digital Product which develops the online product line including websites and email marketing.
Before joining Vistaprint, Jon spent 7 years working in technology consulting for various firms in the Boston area, including Accenture, focusing on customer application development. Jon earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer in 1996.
