Tom has extensive experience in all areas of customer service, cross sell and retention, as well as, marketing and personnel management. He most served ast Barclaycard US as Managing Director and as Senior Vice President of Customer Management at AOL. Tom has been Senior Vice President for Customer Experience at Comcast since 2010.

Tom also had a distinguished military career serving as a Combat Engineer Captain in the United States Army. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point earning a BS Degree in Civil Engineering and received his masters in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
